Dr. Graf was raised in St. George, Utah, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology in 1999 from Southern Utah University. In 2003 he graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry where his primary focus included primary and tertiary eyecare environments and Pediatric diagnostics. Dr. Graf also received specialized training in eye disease at Indian Health Clinics in Arizona as well as Glaucoma, Cataract, and LASIK training from Eye Care Associates of Nevada.  He is one of the few Optometric Physicians trained in Frequency Specific Microcurrent therapy for Macular Degeneration.

Dr. Graf and his wife, Colleen, reside in Richfield, Utah, with their two children.
